Long-standing members of the Schneider family honoured

Offenburg company J. Schneider Elektrotechnik proud and happy about loyal, long-time employees

The focus of the festive Christmas party of J. Schneider Elektrotechnik this year was once again the honouring of long-standing employees. The managing partner Bettina Schneider and managing director Rolf Anti thanked the 30 honoured for their loyalty in all the years.

Rainer Lux has been loyal to the Offenburg company for 45 years and his entire working life. Two days after his 15th birthday, he started his apprenticeship as an electrical engineering technician and has not regretted this decision to this day, according to the jubilarian himself in a film clip specially recorded for this purpose.

In this clip, he looked back on the time that had passed like in flight and told one or two anecdotes.

Bettina Schneider and Rolf Anti particularly thanked him for his reliability and his expertise, which he repeatedly demonstrated over the 45 years in the workshop of the Service Center Electric Drives and with various customers.

But even 30 years with the company are a long time and therefore worth a special honour, according to the two managing directors. After all, they were able to thank six employees for their many years of service in all three divisions. For example, Katharina Bächle has been supporting the management as secretary for 30 years, while Reinhard Worschech ensures a smooth shipping process for the transformers in the shipping office.

Bernd Huber is part of the UPS sales team. Josef Noll and Raymond Becher also work for J. Schneider for 30 years, both in transformer production. Bettina Schneider and Rolf Anti also found personal and cordial words for each employee in the honours for 25, 20 and 10 years of company service, with which they honoured the commitment of the employees.
